These days, I’ve been feeling especially thankful for the leaders of The Well. For our ministry to function, it takes many moving parts, and I see so many of you serving in different ways to help each part of our church grow and flourish. Whether it's a busy season or a quiet one, it’s the love you have for God and His church that allows our ministries to continue forward.
I think about our Encounter services and the powerful times of prayer we've had. Those moments weren’t possible without the Praise Team sacrificing their practice times and most of their Thursday nights to lead us in worship. I’ve seen how Sports Ministry has had its ups and downs—but because a few committed members chose to stick with it, it has now become a meaningful place for newcomers and young members to build relationships. Every Sunday, our media team, welcoming team, worship team, and LifeGroups who prepare lunch all come together to make our services happen. It’s not something I could ever do alone—but you step up when needed, and I’m so grateful.
No matter what I’m going through, I find deep encouragement in knowing there are brothers and sisters I can rely on—people who carry God’s heart for the church and who joyfully step forward to take ownership and lead. Every suggestion, every prayer, every act of service—you remind me that The Well isn’t mine. It’s not something that can be built by my two hands alone. It belongs to the Lord, and it’s being built through the united body of Christ coming together in vision, prayer, and love.
So I want to encourage you: Make The Well a church you want to attend. Make it a church you’d be proud to invite a friend or family member to. Let’s continue to make it a place where we seek the Lord together and bring glory to His name. If God places a burden or dream in your heart for our church, don’t hesitate to come talk to me. I want to walk alongside you as we follow God’s leading together.
Let us serve with joy, strengthened by His Spirit. May we never lose sight of His grace and love, and may we always remember His faithfulness toward us. Let us prepare His church to be the beautiful bride, ready for her Bridegroom. Let us trust Him as He leads us.
Amen.
